The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with quick and attentive service. The rooms, pool, and spa were all impeccable, and the restaurant had amazing attention to detail. The hotel's concierge and front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay and our trip outside the hotel great. The location provided privacy and breathtaking views.

The dining experience in this hotel is exceptional with a choice between dining in the Montblanc restaurant with a Michelin Star Chef, or in a beautiful restaurant that is equally appealing. The hotel also offers a great location for ski enthusiasts with direct access to the slopes. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed, clean, and offer breathtaking views. the service is outstanding offering pick-up services and accommodating staff.

One aspect in the hotel service seems to be lacking: the breakfast service is not smooth, slow at times, and waiters easily forget something; causing an inconvenience during mornings.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was amazing! The staff was superb, always helpful and attentive. The view from the room was breathtaking; I could see the snow-covered mountains from my bed. The heated outdoor pool was outstanding, especially on a cold winter morning. I also loved the fact that the hotel provided free transport to the attractions in the town.
